Minnesota Angel Tax Credit
Both NaviNetics, Inc. and NaviNetics NeuroModulation, Inc. are currently participating in the Minnesota Angel Tax Credit Program. Through this program, qualified investors may be eligible to receive a tax credit equal to 25% of their investment for investing in NaviNetics, Inc. and/or NaviNetics NeuroModulation, Inc. Investors do not need to be domiciled within the state of Minnesota to qualify.
